Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Stellar, the founder of Quadrants of Health.
My interest in health didn’t come from always having everything figured out. In fact, much of my passion for nutrition and holistic health came from navigating my own health journey.
I’ve always been active. Growing up, I played soccer, dance, touch football, gymnastics and swimming before discovering the gym at 16. I’ve always loved movement, but it wasn’t until my early twenties that I began to understand just how interconnected different aspects of health really are.
While studying my Bachelor of Human Nutrition and Food Science, I discovered I was iron deficient. Wanting to understand why, I began exploring my gut health, nutrition, hormones, stress and lifestyle more deeply. This sparked my interest in looking beyond symptoms and understanding the bigger picture of health.
It changed the way I looked at health.
I became fascinated by the connections between different systems in the body and increasingly interested in understanding why something was happening, rather than simply trying to manage the symptom.
My health journey has taught me that health isn't linear. There are times when you feel like you're moving forward and times when it feels like you're going backwards. Sometimes the changes that make the biggest difference aren't the most complicated ones, they're the consistent foundations of nutrition, movement, sleep and mental wellbeing.
This is ultimately what led me to create Quadrants of Health.
I wanted to create an approach that looks at the whole picture, while still recognising that everyone's health journey is different.
My goal is to help you understand your body, make sense of what you're experiencing and build sustainable foundations for long-term health, without chasing quick fixes or perfection.
The Four Quadrants of Health
I believe health is built through four interconnected foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep and mental wellbeing.
Each quadrant plays an important role in how you feel, function and thrive. When one area is overlooked, it can influence the others. My approach looks beyond individual symptoms to understand the bigger picture and create realistic, personalised strategies that support your health as a whole.
